Ah, the pencil skirt is a "wear to work" staple in my closet. I decided to create an outfit around it because I wore a similar outfit to work today. I actually own this exact blouse and pumps. Gotta love Kohl's!
Pencil skirts are fun. I feel you can dress them up or down with either a dressy blouse or a more casual blouse, like this one. I think pencil skirts are very flattering to ones figure. I feel very put-together when I wear one. They also come in many designs and colors so you'll never get bored.
Oh, and an absolute must when wearing a pencil skirt is a great pair of heels!
